After having breakfast at the hotel in the morning, we visit Sığacık Port and Sığacık Castle. Then, we have free time at the producer's market held on Sundays (Sığacık Market). In the market place where entry of goods is prohibited, we have the opportunity to shop in this market, where only products brought by producers from the surrounding villages are allowed to be sold. We move on to Şirince in Selçuk district of Izmir. You visit the village market selling a wide variety of homemade soaps, handicrafts and olive oil products in the center of this charming village, where the historical Greek houses have preserved their originality, the wine houses and the historical Greek houses on the cobblestone streets, and the view of the village from the Hodri Square Tower in the north of the village. We take photographs and leave the village with our beautiful memories. After our visit to Şirince, we visit the Ancient City of Ephesus, the first city of ancient times made entirely of marble, with our guide. Celsus library, theater and colonnaded street are just a few points of the ancient city of Ephesus, which is also home to the Temple of Artemis, one of the 7 wonders of the world. Our next stop is Doğanbey Village, formerly known as Domatia Village. It has a history dating back to the 7th century BC and is surrounded by Carina, where there are old customs buildings, the ancient settlement of Thebes and Lade Island. It is known that the Domatians, who live in Thebes and Lade Islands, came from Samos, Chios, the Dodecanese and Cyprus. We wander around the narrow cobblestone streets with a sea view of this old Greek Village, leaning on Dilek Mountain (Samsun Mountain), accompanied by our guide's explanations, and after our free time, we start our return journey to Antalya and say goodbye to meet on our next trip.
