Cancellation and Refund Conditions

If sufficient numbers cannot be reached in our tour; The right of cancellation is reserved by TALYA TUR until 15 days before the tour departure date. In case of such a cancellation, TALYA TUR is obliged to inform its guests personally.

In our Airplane Tours;
Airline contracts are valid for aircraft-related sections.
Cancellation insurance does not cover aircraft transportation.
There is a gradual price system.
The advertised price is the price opened from the lowest class.
"Economy class" is used in airplane tour programs.

In case of cancellations made by the guest;
* 100% refund, excluding insurance, if there are 30 days or more until the tour date,
* 65% refund for guest-related cancellations up to 20 days before the tour date,
* For cancellations made within the last 48 hours of the tour date; 20% refund, minus non-refundable flight and hotel payments
* Payment will be refunded in the same way it was received. (Such as refund to credit card for credit card withdrawals)
* Refunds are made in TL / USD / EUR, whichever way the payments were made.
* Death of the guest's first degree relative (mother, father, spouse, sibling and children with the same surname), surgery due to illness that does not come from the past, hospitalization and doctor's report that he/she cannot travel 100%, national chaos, natural disasters, which are considered as force majeure. In such cases, a damage file will be opened to the insurance company and the decision of the insurance expert committee will be taken as basis.

* There are no cash refunds except for cash payments.
